Our 8 Tutor Guidelines
All Sessions Must Be On-Platform
Every tutoring session must take place through the Uni Merit platform to ensure quality, safety, and full support coverage.
Regular Payment Schedule
Tutor payments are processed weekly or twice a month, ensuring you receive your earnings promptly and reliably.
Flexible Payout Methods
You can receive your earnings via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash — whichever suits you best.
No Liability for Off-Platform Contact
Uni Merit is not responsible for any communication or arrangements made outside of the platform. Always keep interactions within platform boundaries.
Sessions Are Monitored for Quality
All sessions are recorded and reviewed by the Uni Merit customer service team to maintain high teaching standards.
Students May Request a Tutor Change
If a student feels the session quality was not sufficient, they have the right to request a change of tutor.
Tutor Changes Are Subject to Review
A tutor change will only be processed after our customer service team has reviewed and confirmed that the session did not meet the expected standard.
