Platform Guidelines
Our 6 Student Protection Rules
All Sessions Must Be On-Platform
Every tutoring session must be conducted through the Uni Merit platform to ensure quality, safety, and full support coverage.
Payments via PayPal Only
Payment must be completed through PayPal at the time of booking. This keeps your transactions secure and transparent.
No Liability for Off-Platform Contact
Uni Merit is not responsible for any communication or arrangements made outside of the platform. Always keep your interactions within the platform boundaries.
We’re Here to Ensure Your Satisfaction
Uni Merit customer service actively monitors session quality to make sure you are fully satisfied with your tutoring experience.
One Free Tutor Change
If you’re struggling with your assigned tutor and wish to move on, we will change your tutor for free — once per student.
Tutor Change Subject to Review
A tutor change will be processed only after our customer service team has reviewed and confirmed that the session did not meet the expected standard.
